About the Role

Join a nationally recognized family law firm with offices throughout multiple states and expanding into new markets. The firm is dedicated exclusively to family law matters, providing attorneys with deep experience and the chance to help clients through life's most challenging transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage family law matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and legal correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial
  • Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings, and trials
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files
  • Ensure all work product is completed accurately and timely

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage cases effectively and professionally
  • Familiarity with family law matters preferred, but not required
