Responsibilities
- Assist with trial preparation, including drafting motions and conducting legal research
- Review and analyze depositions, subpoenas, and other case-related documents
- Organize exhibits, evidence, and case files to support litigation matters
- Cook with witnesses and prepare trial materials, including witness outlines and jury instructions
Requirements
- Barred and license must be active and in good standing in WA
- 2+ years of litigation experience, trial experience a HUGE PLUS!
Pay
- $70-90/hr
