Attorney/Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
• Meet with prospective clients and evaluate potential claims
• Develop case strategy and maintain regular client communication
• Review medical records, insurance policies, and supporting documentation
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and settlement demands
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal experience (PI/WC not required)
• Licensed to practice law (Indiana preferred or ability to waive in)
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Detail-oriented with a client-focused mindset
