Attorney/Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Handle law and motion practice, including drafting pleadings, motions, and oppositions
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis across a range of matters
• Support cases involving land use, constitutional, and education law, among other areas
• Collaborate with the team on case strategy and workflow
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior attorney on legal approach and best practices

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing
• Strong litigation background with experience in law and motion work
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Able and interested in mentoring or advising junior attorneys
• Experience or exposure to land use, constitutional, or education law is a plus
• Strong written and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
