About the role

Under the general supervision of the Attorney, Assistant Chief Counsel, the Attorney IV performs with a high degree of independence the most complex work related to the regulation of health plans pursuant to the Knox‑Keene Act and other laws. The position is based in Sacramento County with a hybrid telework option, requiring occasional travel to attend medical surveys. Work is conducted in a climate‑controlled cubicle or office environment with artificial lighting, and employees who telework must maintain California residency.
