Attorney – Insurance Defense / Workers’ Compensation

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, court proceedings, and other legal matters.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Manage and maintain accurate client files and records.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to effectively serve clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
