Attorney – Insurance Defense / Workers’ Compensation

Responsibilities Draft and review contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis.Prepare for and attend hearings, court proceedings, and other legal matters.Provide legal counsel and support to clients in collaboration with senior attorneys.Negotiate on behalf of clients.Manage and maintain accurate client files and records.Collaborate with attorneys and staff to effectively serve clients. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Junior-level candidates: Motivated to learn and develop their legal practice.Senior-level candidates: Demonstrated experience independently managing legal matters and providing legal counsel.
