About the role

In-house defense counsel is seeking a No-Fault Attorney responsible for case assignments from inception to resolution, to appear in courts in all venues in the Metropolitan area, conduct EUOs and arbitration. The position also includes motion work, preparing master arbitration documents with the AAA.

Requirements

• New York Admission (must)
• Juris Doctor Degree
• Prior experience in the no-fault field, including trials, motions, depositions, conferences, arbitrations, and preparation of all legal documents
