Qualifications

• Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
• Experience handling litigation, mediations, depositions, and more
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Able to manage cases independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice

Responsibilities

• Counsel employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation related to labor and employment issues
• Prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and advisory memoranda
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic guidance and support on personnel matters and workplace policies
• Assist clients in developing proactive solutions to minimize legal risks and prevent disputes

Pay

Salary range: $120,000-$180,000, contingent on experience
