Attorney - Civil Litigation

Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Preferred candidates will have 2-8 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah, primarily in personal injury defense and construction defect defense.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients
• Conduct depositions
• Make court appearances
• Develop skills in business development
• Independently manage case files

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Interest in marketing and client development
• Trial experience (preferred)
• Ability to travel
