About the Role

Hall & Evan, LLC, a renowned defense litigation firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Idaho. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within Idaho, collaborating with our Missoula office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage civil litigation case files
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Engage in marketing and client development activities
• Travel as required for case-related matters

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience defending civil litigation cases in Idaho
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Trial experience preferred
