Hall & Evans, LLC, a well-known defense litigation firm headquartered in Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Santa Fe, New Mexico office. Responsibilities
- Defend civil litigation cases in New Mexico
- Manage cases from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Requirements
- New Mexico law license in good standing
- 5+ years of experience and practice in New Mexico civil defense litigation
- Trial experience
- Proven case management skills
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
