Responsibilities

• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a lawyer
• Representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
• Member of your local bar association — active member preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Strong decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills

Pay

Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus
