• Managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice and discovery
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Client communication and reporting
• Trial preparation

About the Role

The expanding Nevada team is seeking attorneys with 2+ years of insurance defense experience to join our general liability defense team. Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability, First Party and PIP.
