Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Attorney position located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Attorney will be responsible for managing employment law cases from intake through resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting filings, providing legal advice, preparing case strategies, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court. The role requires collaboration with team members and providing compassionate yet professional support to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Labor and Employment Law
- Experience providing Legal Advice and counseling clients in employment-related matters
- Proficiency in Research and understanding case precedents and legal doctrines
- Skilled in Negotiation for settlements, mediations, and dispute resolutions
- Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in litigation and/or trial is a strong advantage
