About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal issues and represent them in court
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts and agreements
- Manage cases from start to finish, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial work
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in California
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate law is preferred
- Knowledge of employment law is beneficial
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
