About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal issues related to business operations
• Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court and before regulatory bodies
• Conduct legal research and analysis

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with contract management software

$120,000 - $175,000 annually
