About the role

The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas of law, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property, and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on legal matters and providing strategic guidance
• Representing clients in court and mediating disputes
• Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Oregon Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Experience with contract drafting and review
• Knowledge of intellectual property law

Pay

$140,000 - $225,000 annually
