Seattle AttorneySalary: $160,000 - $200,000I'm partnering with a highly successful plaintiff-side litigation practice that is continuing to grow its presence and expand its caseload. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to take ownership of complex, high-impact employment matters while working alongside a team known for achieving meaningful results on behalf of employees and consumers. The OpportunityThis role offers the chance to represent clients in state and federal wage and hour, class action, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. You'll manage cases from inception through resolution, play a key role in litigation strategy, and regularly appear in court, take depositions, and advocate on behalf of clients.The ideal candidate is a motivated and organized attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated litigation matters, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about effective advocacy. What You'll DoManage an active litigation caseload from filing through resolution.Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.Conduct and respond to written discovery.Take and defend depositions.Draft, argue, and oppose motions.Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings.Develop case strategy and support complex litigation initiatives.Advise clients throughout the litigation process and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to drive successful outcomes. What We're Looking ForLicensed attorney in Washington State, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and eligible for admission in Washington.5+ years of civil litigation experience.Strong experience with:Discovery and case managementMotion practiceDepositionsCourt appearances and oral advocacyExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong organizational and client communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Prior experience with wage and hour litigation, class actions, or other complex litigation matters is highly preferred.Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
