Attendant Room

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain rooms and suites to high standards.
• Help guests with requests such as providing toothbrushes or directions.
• Keep supervisors informed of room service progress and report needed repairs.
• Avoid waste by being organized and minimizing supplies.
• Return misplaced items to their owners and document any found items.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as required.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown services as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Skills & Experiences

• Fitness and strength to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Literacy skills for reading, writing, and basic math.
• A flexible schedule to accommodate shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

The hourly pay rate for this role is $17.75. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and many other benefits to eligible employees.
