Athletics Suites Manager

About the role

The Suites Manager is a leadership role overseeing all aspects of Suites solutions and special events at the location. This includes developing premium dining options, managing client relationships, ensuring quality event execution, and coordinating catering and setup based on banquet orders.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead staff to meet service standards
• Deliver food and labor targets
• Manage event staffing
• Ensure accurate revenue, expense, and receivable reporting
• Maintain safety and quality standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in management, hospitality, or catering
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Complete required certifications
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
• Flexibility for event-based hours
