About the role
The Suites Manager oversees all aspects of suites solutions and special events, leading a team to deliver exceptional catering and event services.
Responsibilities
- Develop premium dining options and maintain client relationships
- Plan and execute events, ensuring high-quality service standards
- Facilitate food delivery and set up events
- Assist clients with creative planning
- Train and lead staff, manage banquet orders, and ensure safety and compliance
- Achieve food and labor targets
- Manage stadium events, staffing, revenue reporting, and team development
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in management, events, or hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work event-based hours
- Certifications in food handling and alcohol service
- Able to lift up to 50 lb., stand for extended periods, and occasionally perform physical tasks
