Responsibilities
- Provide athletic training coverage and support for sport team/school assignment(s) as directed by the Clinical Supervisor for Rehab Services or Sports Medicine
- Coordinate and assist in activities including injury prevention, immediate assessment/evaluation/treatment of injuries, and appropriate triage of injuries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field or equivalent education/experience
- Oregon Athletic Trainer License (required upon hire)
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
- Board of Certification (BOC) for athletic trainers (required upon hire)
- Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check (required upon hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience working in a school/college environment as an athletic trainer
