About the Role
Accelerate Therapy and Performance is seeking a full-time Injury Prevention Specialist to support employees at a warehouse and distribution site. In this role, you will help prevent workplace injuries through education, early intervention, individualized care, and relationship-building. You will have the autonomy to manage your day while working within established clinical protocols and receiving support from a team of licensed healthcare and fitness professionals.
Pay
USD $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
Schedule
- Consistent 40-hour workweek with five 8-hour shifts
- First-shift schedule

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with employees and become a trusted onsite health and wellness resource
- Educate employees on body mechanics, movement, ergonomics, and injury-prevention strategies
- Provide early intervention and individualized care for musculoskeletal concerns
- Help employees remain healthy, active, and productive at work
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and proactive wellness
- Manage daily responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Partner with team members and client leaders to identify and address workplace health trends
- Document services and follow established clinical protocols
Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
- Certified Athletic Trainer with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an associate degree
Candidates must also hold an active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders at all levels
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, fitness, or another relationship-focused environment
