Athletic Trainer II - FT, Days

About the role

The individual will provide services in regards to prevention, recognition, evaluation, immediate care and rehabilitation for all active individuals and sports related injuries. The overall goal is to maximize safe return to activity.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional development and responsibility within the field of athletic training.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Ensure duties are performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited athletic training program.
• State of practice licensure or eligibility for Athletic Trainer.
• CPR certification through the Board of Certification, Inc.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in athletic training or related field preferred.

Skills

• Trained and capable of performing patient care.
• Able to assess patient status and interpret necessary information.
