Athletic Trainer (ATC) - Sports Medicine

About the role

This role involves assessing, evaluating, and treating athletes and patients of all ages in clinical and event settings. You will support athletic training services for high schools, clubs, and colleges, with an emphasis on professional service delivery and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement care plans for athletes and patients.
• Monitor athlete responses to treatment and adjust plans as needed.
• Document evaluations and provide physical care following medical directives.
• Deliver emergency care in clinical and event settings.
• Instruct athletes and families on treatment and self-management techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical practices and advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or a related field.
• Licensure as an Athletic Trainer (or within 6 months of hire).
• Certification by the Board of Certification (BOC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
