About the role

Seeking a motivated Athletic Trainer to assess, evaluate, and treat patients of all ages in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Performing assessments and documenting evaluations and care plans
• Revising treatment plans based on patient response and progress
• Providing emergency care, including CPR
• Delivering physical care and designing treatment strategies
• Educating patients and families on treatment and self-management
• Supporting athletic training services at schools, clubs, and colleges
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Maintaining compliance with documentation and scope of practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
• Licensed Athletic Trainer (AT) in Illinois
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
