Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement guidelines.
• Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where applicable.
• Screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in data analysis or IT management preferred.
• Experience with cloud computing and software development lifecycle.
