Athletic Trainer
About the Role
PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a physical therapist and athletic trainer-owned private practice dedicated to redefining sports medicine. We combine a passion for sports medicine with science and training to deliver an unmatched standard of care for athletes. Our athletic trainers use research-driven methods and treatments to serve athletes, fostering authentic connections within schools and communities.
This position is located at Zephyrhills High School.
Responsibilities
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
- Perform orthopedic assessments and documentation.
- Provide counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, and related topics.
- Coordinate communication among stakeholders, including MDs, PTs, and PSCs.
- Set up and manage field and venue logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in athletic training.
- State licensure and certification by the American Board of Certification.
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Pay
Base Salary: $46,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience and market factors).
