Athletic Trainer
Job Summary
The Athletic Trainer position at Rocky Mountain Pediatric Hand and Ortho supports the patient and primary care relationship through care delivery enhancement. Responsibilities include prevention, emergency care, first aid, treatment or physical rehabilitation of injuries, patient history and evaluation, education on home exercise protocols, preparation for and assisting with in-office procedures, brace and crutch fitting, triaging patient messages, phone calls and questions, maintaining clinic flow, documenting patient care, and athletic training coverage at assigned events.
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience preferred
- Licensed as an athletic trainer in accordance with state regulations if required
- BOC certified and possess state athletic training licensure, certification or registration
