Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure store operations run smoothly
• Oversee sales and customer service to meet or exceed store goals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales
• Collaborate with regional management to align store objectives with broader business goals
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
• Experience in sports or athletic merchandise is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
