About the role
The Athletic Director at Shiloh Middle School is responsible for a variety of tasks including game and practice scheduling, securing officials, arranging transportation, ordering and maintaining equipment and uniforms, overseeing athletic facilities, verifying student eligibility, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Candidates should have a strong background in sports administration and experience working with students and staff. Knowledge of the district's policies and procedures is essential.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, along with relevant work experience in athletics administration. Experience with student athletes and familiarity with the Illinois High School Association rules is preferred.
Skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important.
