Athletic Concessions Assistant

About the role

The Concessions Program with North Texas Athletics is seeking hard-working individuals to serve as Concessions Team Members. These positions are critical to our operation, assisting in general Concessions Operations, including preparing and operating inside of a Concession Stand during events, working as a cashier, providing In-Seat Service to Guests, and general stocking, cleaning and other prep in advance of various events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to required food safety standards.
• Operate a cash register or point-of-sale system accurately.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
  • Excellent Customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others.

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Required License/Registration/Certifications.
