Responsibilities
- Work across two high quality sport sites with a range of different facilities including a Climbing Wall, Sports Hall, Squash Courts, 3G pitch, Grass Pitches, Fitness Suites and more.
- Main point of contact for all enquiries regarding sports facilities and fitness suites.
- Front of house for all NTU customers.
- Aid with telephone and booking enquiries.
- Enroll new members.
- Process bookings and payments.
- Use a computerised booking system.
- Provide administrative support.
- Set up sports equipment.
Requirements
- Reliable and conscientious.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Good team work.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
