Essential Functions

Maintain and support the academic progress of athletes.
Supervise and instruct the program to ensure equal opportunity for improvement.
Adhere to game rules and school policies.
Keep updated lists of team members and maintain a safe environment.
Maintain exemplary conduct and enforce rules of respect and courtesy.
Plan and organize regular practice sessions, including a conditioning program.
Understand and practice injury prevention.
Attend and interpret rules, hold preseason meetings, and establish schedules.
Collect and maintain required records and assist with eligibility counseling.
Establish and implement an awards policy and provide written expectations.
