About the role
We’re hiring enthusiastic, committed Youth Program Leaders for the 2026-27 school year across San Mateo County.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate hands-on academic and enrichment activities for elementary and middle school students
- Inspire and mentor youth through relationship-building and daily engagement
- Develop your leadership, classroom management, and youth development skills
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment
Compensation
$22.00-$25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
