Responsibilities

• Show enthusiasm, excitement and product knowledge to better meet customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and guests every shift
• Make customers feel welcome, care about their fitness wants and needs, and exceed expectations at every stage of their experience
• Follow the rules, act professionally, and demonstrate integrity, reliability and kindness
• Operate the register, process shipments and returns, stock product, clean, and build or refresh visual displays
• Support store events to help teammates deliver memorable experiences

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as store needs dictate
• Authentic customer service to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical demands include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule: 40 hours per week – 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with availability from 09:00 to 22:00; two rotating days off per week.
