Responsibilities

• Show enthusiasm, deep product knowledge, and expertise to meet customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to both teammates and customers every day
• Make customers feel welcome, understand their fitness goals and needs, and exceed their expectations at every touchpoint
• Follow store rules, act professionally, and demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness
• Operate the cash register, process shipments and returns, stock merchandise, and maintain clean, visually compelling product displays
• Participate in store events to support the team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to authentically connect with customers and ensure they feel seen and understood
• Willingness to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week across 5 days, 8 hours per day. Daily availability between 09:00 and 22:00. Two rotating rest days per week.
