Columbia Residential is seeking an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor in the Athens, Georgia Area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service orders including Turnkey operations, move-ins, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs.
- Provide guidance to community management staff on maintenance related issues as needed.
- Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers.
- Resolve complex issues related to maintenance work orders.
- Assist in the completion of work orders.
- Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Follow-up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
- Perform various tasks related to maintenance operations.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- 5 years of multisite property management experience (Required)
- 3 years of maintenance experience (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- HVAC Certification (Required)
Qualifications
Must be hands-on; able to assist in the completion of work orders. Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
