King Roof Renovations, a roofing company based in Marietta, Georgia, is opening its in-house call center to work an existing customer database.

Responsibilities

• Call customers from our database, present the service in English, identify a real need for roofing repair or replacement, and schedule the appointment with a sales rep.
• Log all activity in the CRM.

Requirements

• English at C1 level or higher, spoken and written.
• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales (preferred, not required).
• Stable internet connection, 100 Mbps or higher.
• Your own computer and a quiet workspace with no background noise.

Performance Targets

• 200 calls per day.
• 25 to 40 live conversations per day.
• 1 to 3 appointments booked per day.
• CRM updated 100%.

Details

• Fully remote, working US business hours (Eastern Time).
• Initial training covers the product, the script, and CRM usage.
• Job Type: Part-time

Pay

• Base salary of USD 500 per month.
• Starting at month three, your base becomes eligible for review and increase based on performance.
• USD 15 commission per appointment set, paid when the appointment is a qualified lead and the sales rep closes the deal.
• From $744,750.00 per month (total potential earnings).
