Call Center
About the role
The Customer Service Call Center Associate is an integral member of the team. Associates handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role works closely with multiple departments and requires the ability to multitask, navigate computer systems, and communicate professionally with consumers.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide information regarding the company’s programs and services
- Resolve customer questions during the first interaction whenever possible
- Research customer accounts using multiple computer systems
- Document all interactions accurately while speaking with customers
- Partner with internal departments to resolve consumer issues
- Deliver compassionate, professional, and solution-oriented customer service
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Prior office-based customer service skills taking and/or receiving calls required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Prior call center experience or experience handling high-volume inbound customer service calls preferred, not required
- Bilingual is a plus

Hiring Process
