ATE Field Apprentice
About the role
Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) provides fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We serve hundreds of customers who rely on us to ensure repairs are safe and vehicles operate as the manufacturer intended. Founded in 2019, ATE delivers technological and electrical repair expertise to the collision industry, helping it keep pace with rapidly changing vehicle technology. We employ technicians across the country and continue to grow by adding team members who strive for excellence, prioritize customer care, and pursue ongoing training to achieve team goals and advance their careers.
In this role, you will learn the industry standard for manufacturer original specifications with high-quality controls. You will receive hands-on training with experienced Field Technicians to become a stand-alone technician, covering:
- Basics of diagnostics
- Calibrations and programming
- Scanning
- Wire and connector repair
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
Skills
- Strong technological skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
- Strong problem-solving capabilities

Pay
USD $18.00 – $21.00 per hour. The actual offer will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant certifications, and qualifications.
