Key Responsibilities

• Develop and follow a detailed training schedule with clear objectives and a shared agenda.
• Prepare and distribute relevant course materials to participants.
• Establish and communicate training objectives clearly to the group.
• Demonstrate strong product and subject knowledge; confidently cover content and address participant questions.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages interaction and participation.
• Involvem all participants actively, foster contributions, and support post-training action planning.
• Use observation and listening skills to assess and guide participant performance effectively.
• Provide opportunities for practice, track progress, and follow up to reinforce learning.

Requirements

• B. Pharmacy / Pharm-D.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
