About the role
The At Your Service Representative at Park Bank is responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, complaints, and other issues. They engage in active listening, analyze product malfunctions, and provide training to new and existing employees.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Analyze and report malfunctions in products and services
- Inform clients about new features and functionalities of electronic banking and card products
- Audit system changes made by others within the department
- Facilitate ITM process for customers
- Recommend bank products and services to meet client needs
- Assist with ITM reports, balancing, and audits
- Coordinate efforts with IT staff to resolve technology issues
- Train new and existing employees
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, strong verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
- Prior experience in banking is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Familiarity with confidentiality and security requirements
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office products, and strong typing skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
