About the role

You will be responsible for expanding the foundation’s outreach in Bangladesh by identifying new operational areas, recruiting members, and ensuring the accurate disbursement of loans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to select new operational areas and verify potential members on-site before enrollment.
• Review and validate 100 % of loan proposals to ensure error-free disbursement.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual plans to senior management.
• Lead weekly and monthly branch meetings and provide necessary guidance.
• Oversee all branch activities, inspect the work of assigned staff, and offer support.
• Ensure all loan-related transactions are accurately recorded in the software system.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in payroll management, back-office operations, and general administration.
