Development Initiative for Social Advancement (DISA) is a national non-governmental development organization (MRA Certificate No. 01306-00480-00024) that has been implementing microfinance and other development activities for the past 33 years to alleviate poverty. The organization currently operates microfinance programs aimed at improving the livelihoods of the poor through 111 branches across 19 districts in Bangladesh.

About the role

Selected candidates will be stationed directly in the field to distribute loans, collect repayments, and manage savings activities among rural communities as part of the microfinance program implementation.

Requirements
