About the Program

Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Department, through the Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (APSWREIS), in collaboration with prominent coaching institutes, is offering free coaching for national-level competitive exams JEE and NEET at the Centre of Excellence. Admissions are open for eligible students for Intermediate first and second year (MPC/BiPC) courses.

Centers of Excellence

The state is setting up three Centers of Excellence (Co-education) this year, located in:

• Meghadrigadda, Visakhapatnam district
• Tadikonda, Amaravati
• Kota, Nellore district

These centers are established within Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Gurukulams.

Eligibility

• For Intermediate First Year: Students who passed 10th class in March 2026 with 85% or more marks.
• For Intermediate Second Year: Students who scored 75% marks in Intermediate first year (MPC/BiPC) in March 2026.

What the Program Offers

Through these Centers of Excellence, students will receive:

• Quality Intermediate education
• Comprehensive IIT-JEE and NEET coaching
• Free residential education including accommodation, meals, study material, and other educational support

Reservation Policy

• 75% seats for Scheduled Caste (SC) students
• 25% seats for other categories (OC, ST, BC)

• Last date to submit online applications: July 30, 2026
• Students who have already secured admission in other junior colleges are also eligible to apply.
