Responsibilities
- Plan production processing schedules based on production scheduling.
- Conduct on-site inspections of processing, handle quality and progress anomalies.
- Promote and supervise 5S practices in the processing area.
- Manage production safety in the mechanical processing area.
- Maintain and repair processing equipment.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Aged 45 or below, with a full-time college degree or above in mechatronics or mechanical manufacturing.
- Over 5 years of experience in mechanical processing site management.
- Proficient in mechanical processing techniques (CNC boring/milling machines, CNC lathes).
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, ERP, etc.).
- Strong verbal communication, coordination, initiative, and creativity.
Pay
Comprehensive salary: 15,000–20,000 RMB per month.
