About the role

Vista Community Clinic (VCC) is a private, non-profit, multi-specialty outpatient clinic dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We serve over 70,000 patients annually and have received national recognition for our quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Counsel, consult, manage, document and refer within the scope of practice of ACSW for clients age six and above.
• Assess, determine and provide a full spectrum of psychosocial support programs to children, adults and families.
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, documentation, progress notes, and case management according to established legal and ethical codes and in compliance with contracting agencies.
• Provide resource and referral information to clients and link to outside agencies as necessary for comprehensive treatment and document accordingly.
• Participate as a member of the Case Review Team in reviewing client cases.
• Maintain regular contact with Clinical Supervisor per licensing requirements.
• Participate in QA activities and audits.
• Provide progress updates to outside authorities including but not limited to social services and probation as required.
• Review protocols on schedule basis.

Requirements

• Minimum Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Licensed or certified LCSW or LMFT.
• CPR Certification (BLS Child, Infant, Adult).
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities.

Skills

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and mental health principles.

Pay

• $37.00 - $41.00 ASW
• $45.00 - $50.00 LCSW
