Key Responsibilities
Provide small group and one-on-one academic support in literacy and/or math

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand or walk
Manual dexterity for typing, writing, and handling office equipment
Visual acuity to read screens and printed materials
Hearing ability to participate in conversations and respond to phone calls
Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 10–20 lbs (e.g., office supplies)
Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing
Working Conditions
Operates in a school environment with extended interaction and work with other people – students and adults; team/small group, 1:1 majority of work, some individual work preparation needed
Requires travel to and from school site; as well as travel to additional meeting/training locations
Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, between 7:00 am until 3:30 pm
Noise level is generally high
Operates in a high-energy setting requiring flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs
Regular use of computers, tablets, and other technology for lesson planning, reporting, and communication
Compensation
$20 per hour, 28 hours/week, paid bi-weekly

Eligibility
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with authorization to work in the U.S.
- Be 17-25 by July 1, 2026
- Be currently enrolled as an ASU MLFC college student
- Agree to and complete comprehensive background checks
