Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred
• At least five years of documented residential experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) or other developmental disabilities
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Experience in human services field with knowledge of ICF-IID policies
• Good documentation skills and proficiency using computers
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Shift flexibility to work rotating shifts weekly

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
